Henry Greenberg, MD, is an attending cardiologist in the Department of Medicine at St. Luke's and Roosevelt Hospitals. Board certified in internal medicine and cardiovascular disease, Dr. Greenberg has more than 45 years of medical experience. He received his medical degree from Tufts Medical School in Boston and has been appointed as an Associate Professor of Medicine at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons.


Dr. Greenberg did his residency training in internal medicine at St. Luke’s Hospital and his fellowship in cardiology at Roosevelt Hospital.  A leader in the field of cardiology, Dr. Greenberg has published widely on various aspects of coronary artery disease and has been actively involved in national and international clinical trials. More recently he has focused his research interests on health care reform issues and appropriate utilization of clinical trial data.  He has been on the Board of Governors of the New York Academy of Sciences since 1991 and was elected president in 1994.
