Seeking Safety Support Group

Survivors of any type of abuse can get support from others in a safe setting. The Seeking Safety Support Group helps survivors gain coping skills to address current problems such as anger, anxiety, substance abuse or other addictive behaviors. The goal of the group is to assist clients in building safety in their lives and in so doing to move toward freeing themselves from trauma at a deep emotional level.
